As your transaction coordinator, we manage all the behind-the-scenes details from contract to close so you can focus on your clients. Here’s what we take care of:
• Open escrow/title and coordinate with all parties
• Review the contract for accuracy, missing signatures, and deadlines
• Track and manage key dates (inspection, appraisal, loan, closing, etc.)
• Draft and manage disclosures and addenda
• Collect signatures via secure e-sign platforms
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title to keep everyone on the same page
• Upload and organize documents for broker compliance
• Provide a custom portal with access to all dates, documents, and transaction updates
• Send reminders and weekly updates to help things stay on track
• Coordinate final closing details
• Request testimonials from your clients on your behalf after closing to help grow your business
You stay client-facing—we handle the rest.
Yes! Depending on your preference, we can act as a behind-the-scenes assistant or communicate directly with your clients to keep them informed and at ease throughout the process.
Since we do roughly the same amount of work for each transaction, we do not offer volume discounts. However, we offer a $100 credit for each Referral that uses our service. You also save $100 for moving a Listing transaction to a Contract to Close package vs being charged full price for each side.
Yes. We take confidentiality seriously. All client and transaction information is handled securely and never shared with third parties without authorization.
Our business hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Since we do not draft offers, there is typically nothing that requires us to be available outside those hours. We may make an exception if there is a true emergency, but we make every effort to stay well ahead of all deadlines, to prevent them from happening in the first place.

A great TC works with you, not instead of you. You still make the decisions—your TC just handles the paperwork and communication to free up your time.
Of course you can—but should you? Delegating admin work allows you to focus on higher-value tasks like lead generation, showings, and client relationships.
Our services are paid at closing, with no upfront costs. Most agents find they net more by spending their time on income-producing activities while we handle the rest.
